No clear goals as to what they are wanting to accomplish.
Absolutely no design process on long term goals. only thinking in the moment.
Management says they will get tools but when you actually show what tools you want they frown on it.
They want to know what you did exactly every day and minute and put it into a report.
Too much oversight and not enough Trust in the employee to get the work done.
