      Most of the coworkers are very experienced in dealing with stress. Good and supportive managers that you can rely on.

      Cons

      This company is run by a close circle of friends whos responsibilities and credentials don't fit their job tittle. They lacked in experiences from the most simple day-to-day operations, to business practices. The company have no work ethics and will terminated you on the spot.

      Pros

      The job is flexible. There is good communication with management. Get to use hand tools and troubleshooting equipment. I get three weeks off a year, including sick leave.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a delay when I need help troubleshooting equipment.
