      Pros

      Team members are good, hard working people. The parking industry is interesting.

      Cons

      Executive leadership doesn’t lead. Core product, Flex, is very outdated resulting in customers leaving, weak sales and annual layoffs. After T2 was acquired by Verra the downward spiral accelerated.

      Pros

      The job is flexible. There is good communication with management. Get to use hand tools and troubleshooting equipment. I get three weeks off a year, including sick leave.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a delay when I need help troubleshooting equipment.
