Pros

Relaxed, friendly environment. Easy day to day. Excellent and diverse, work schedule.

Cons

Management plays favorites and it affects every shifts quality of work. Standards are abysmal. HR deceptive with their compensation, quoting wages that they cannot go above which are not true. Our wage scale for the same position varies by about 30% with no regard to work ethic or capability. Just say no to your first offer no matter what. Expect raises of ~1-3% year based on performance, regardless of anything you do that's exceptional. Some people just don't show up to work frequently and management just lets them get away with it.
