Pros

Good place to build your resume if you learn by doing . Many opportunities to take on projects and responsibilities. Small team with high visibility to HQ due to NA being a key market.

Cons

Teams are systematically understaffed while the best-performing employees are constantly under pressure to keep delivering above and beyond with little to no support. Counterproductive micromanagement from the very top creates even more work and incites low morale due to lack of trust - creates a toxic, low confidence environment. Nearly impossible to get promoted and grow from within - company prefers to hire from the outside instead of growing talent, while giving false impressions of change.
