      Pros

      Working at TAIT is awesome! Every day is a different project, different challenge, and/or different atmosphere. There is always something exciting going on - whether it's Nerf dart battles, ping pong tournaments or snacking at the local food trucks that visit our headquarters, TAIT ensures that their employees enjoy their work space. Aside from the free spirited work environment, employees play a huge part in executing some of the most innovative projects in the entertainment industry!

      Cons

      I don't have any complaints about working here other than the Lititz rush hour traffic.

      Pros

      -The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

      Cons

      -Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.
