      Pros

      Most of my coworkers were friendly and helpful. Fun employee perks and office environment. Working for high profile clients was exciting.

      Cons

      Company is constantly reinventing itself. Hiring and firing is rampant. Talented & dedicated people let go and often. I don't trust this company. I got a raise and was told how great I was doing and was then blindsided and let go 2 weeks later due to "restructuring." Saw this happen to many people that I worked with. Specifically people 45+ years old.

      Pros

      -The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

      Cons

      -Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.
