      Pros

      The projects are some of the coolest in the world. Building huge custom machines demands creative solutions and every project is different. Very laid back office style and cool job perks. The most passionate, smart, knowledgeable people I've met. I learn something new every day and am constantly challenged.

      Cons

      High pressure and high stress situations are unavoidable. Some clients are difficult to please.

      Pros

      -The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

      Cons

      -Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.
