      Pros

      Some amazing, talented, creative individuals who all really love what they do. Amazing to see what could be done when everyone was working together towards a goal.

      Cons

      Multiple projects from different PMs can be a bit stressful as everyone's project is the most important. Sometimes you simply can't win.

      Pros

      -The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

      Cons

      -Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.
