Pros

Really cool projects, great people to work with, very relaxed environment, decent benefits.

Cons

Very hard to advance within the company, pay is so so, no cost of living increases, minimal company holidays. Always told what way it should be done vs having your own input. The company has tried to change itself by bringing in high level people from other industries but they usually end up leaving quickly due to management disagreeing with what they have to say.

Pros

-The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

Cons

-Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.
