- great colleagues - interesting and important work - using cutting edge technologies - learning many other skills aside from the main job - travel , accommodation and food covered for overseas work - great office

Cons

- things get out of control frequently due to situations beyond the company's control, resulting in spontaneous crunch times for indefinite periods

Pros

-The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

Cons

-Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.
