      Pros

      Cool, interesting projects. Great work environment. Opportunity to travel. Work from home available when needed. Management is understanding of family situations and needs. Employees are given the chance to pursue the things they are passionate about. Many fun and interesting co-workers. Lots of great company outings (concerts, bowling, bars, go-carts). I really feel at home here.

      Cons

      HR is overworked and is so slow to respond. Fast-paced environment where things can change at a moment’s notice. I feel adequately compensated in the office but some employees in production feel they are underpaid.

      Pros

      -The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

      Cons

      -Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.
