      Cons

      Impressively toxic culture. This place changes you. Incompetent management. Below average pay for above average expectations. Majority of people belittle and disrespect you. No training, and purposeful manipulation of your training. Very high turnover. Surprising lack of resources to perform the job.

      Pros

      -The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

      Cons

      -Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.
