      Pros

      Opportunity of major career growth for people who are enthusiastic and who are driven. Get to work on varied projects at a fast pace and with A list clients. I don't know what all the bad vibes are about on this site. They always seem pretty passionate and very helpful. Get to travel the world and work with the smartest people in the entertainment industry. Love love love my job.

      Cons

      Company going through major growth and therefore a little bit of restructuring. Some people may perceive this as unorganized, but "bear with it"for those already part of the team and "come and help shape the future of A great company" for those thinking of applying.

      Pros

      -The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

      Cons

      -Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.
