Lunch breaks, parking and going home!

Cons

High turn over rate! Under paid, No raises, No bonsus or Uniforms only if you PAY!! You have to bring and buy your own tools they do not care about the workers only numbers! The training is horrible no wants to show you anything all they do is point and talk about each other and make new guys job more miserable. The tooling they provide is very old and custom made to save money instead of buying from OEM. You make more money at Mcdonalds then here and they provide the uniform, very sad to see a Aviation place like this when the customers are paying top prices for their engines.

Cons

Low pay long hours can be stressful. Very gossip culture by far worse then any job I’ve experienced. Experience is less valuable then favoritism working here.
