      Pros

      The only one good thing keeping people still coming in hear is TATA name. And that is only thing in here.

      Cons

      Well no policies or morality. All rules change as and when they want. No policy document. Too many hidden policies. You will never get what is promised in your contract. Leads and managers are always discriminate on basis of religion and ethnicity. No respect to any client or any employee. Most lethargic and ignorant people leading the teams towards achieving personal goals. Any new project or an activity coming to this company is just dew to TATA brand name. And as soon as the clients understand the true story, they just run....

Slow Decision-Making: Opportunities can sometimes be missed because the organization struggles to pivot or commit quickly.
