      Good for entry level to get some experience

      Cons

      No hike, no appreciation, no benefits nothing. It’s just waste of time if you don’t move from this quickly. Good for only entry level engineers to get some experience. Leaves are 7 days PTO and 3 dats sick !! Very horrible

Process Fatigue: Some internal workflows feel outdated, leading to unnecessary friction in day-to-day tasks. Slow Decision-Making: Opportunities can sometimes be missed because the organization struggles to pivot or commit quickly.
