Supposed to be a Tata Brand Some good talent at junior levels but wont stick around for long Job security for those who need it Some good projects
Cons
Old fashioned management style having double standards Loyalty is preferred over ability Mediocre Management, without real understanding of industry or customers Management style doesnt inspire confidence, managers fudge communication and lack transparency in communicating with employees Same problems re-surface frequently and are addressed cosmetically without an understanding of real issues Lack of vision, potential of employees is wasted. Poor employee focus and retention; good talent doesnt stay for long
