      Pros

      TBC has a great culture. Most everyone knows how to maintain a healthy work-life balance (it isn’t curing cancer), has a good sense of humor, and feels a duty to help each other. Other people have said the pay at TBC is below average, but I’m paid well..

      Cons

      The company’s financial performance over the years has been up-and-down, making for an unstable feeling of job security and company (and bonus) earnings. Those with longevity can still tend to protect the apple cart rather than prioritize transformative and out of the box thinking.
