Pros

Pay is great, great work/home timing, great & wonderful people mostly, discent benefits

Cons

Working for male pigs that do not respect women...I've even heard one of the managers to tell their female employee to shut up. He tells this to men too though so nothing is said. No TRUE HR dept. No communication amongst other departments which is very much needed. They need too involve all that deal with the supplier from purchasing right down to the person that places the orders not just their boss. He has a chip on his shoulder so badly about not being involved that I hate to walk by his office because he rants about not being included. He'll rant to everyone about this on calls too. He's over 60 yrs or so and whines and complains like a 2 yr old when things aren't the way he'd do them. If anyone is wondering I'm referring to the Memphis Replenishment boss.

Some days get too busy unexpectedly.

Pros

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Cons

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
