      Pros

      The product we were selling was a great product with a strong development team behind it. Built a great reputation in the marketplace and many referrals from our install base.

      Cons

      Management was focused on the short term numbers and was clueless about the long term consequences of their short-term actions. Rotating door at the mid-management level lead to inconsistent goals and reward systems.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
