      Pros

      The pay is at least bearable.

      Cons

      There' s too much politics in the workplace. And it's not just simple politics, management engages in shady politics. The management are not hesitant about manipulating employees to get what they want. This terrible unethical practice of management makes the work environment toxic and stressful. I don't think I've ever met an employee who genuinely liked working here after staying for a while.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
