Pros

TBC is a large company with much going on. In the Palm Beach County area it was one of a few places that paid average for Florida and had benefits. The company found and for now has kept a small number of intelligent, diligent, caring employees.

Cons

Morale here is very low. There is an effort made to portray a different picture. The truth? The pay and benefits are not competitive with national trends, nor for a company this size, and not close to companies now moving into the State. The CEO is nowhere to be seen, does not lead, and allows (as the CEO he is responsible) a toxic, incompetent, petty, political, bad group of leaders to run free. The pay is low. The benefits are expensive. The demands are high. Finger pointing is standard. Mediocrity is the best way to survive. People are burned out. The small group of valuable people are treated badly and are forced to do the jobs for negligent higher ups. The leadership team is like a bad fraternity at an unranked college. There is little to no growth opportunity unless you are invited into the fraternity. The company is about appearances, not performance. Employees are viewed as replaceable. It is a company out of the 70s with a few making more than they should and most making less than is fair. People stay as they wait for something else. Many are looking for something else, except upper management who have it good.

Pros

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Cons

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
