Pros

Some good people work here. I've made many friends and the paycheck is consistent.

Cons

Before TBC acquired TCi, almost the entire leadership team was white. TCi had a few people of color in management so they transferred over. Even then, chances for people of color to advance into leadership roles are fairly non-existent. It's the good ol' boys club. People of color also get paid significantly less than their white counterparts. Requirements for leadership roles at TBC: Must be white. Must play golf. Must have gone to a big college (one that has a Division 1 basketball or football program). Being related to people in leadership is also a huge plus. Not a single office is occupied by a person of color other than the ones from the merger. The two that are came from TCi in a merger. I highly doubt they last long before they're replaced by people from the good ol' boys club.

Some days get too busy unexpectedly.

Pros

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Cons

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
