      Good supporting management Allows me to be creative and to think out of the box Able to work from my home office when needed and flexible with my hour to allow a good work and family balance. Love what I do here and they allow me to expand my skills. The company has many events, perks and nice programs for their employees to participate in

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
