      This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for, very supportive, Fun, rewarding, educational... Just was a real blessing in my life.

      Cons

      The only con, is that I wasn't able to stay to retirement.... But that is Okay!

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
