Pros

The job security was there.

Cons

It was difficult to process customer refunds. The workload was also much higher than the pay. Overall, I regret that I wasted so many precious months of my career here. These people are not worthy of honest and dedicated professionals like me. They don't even care about the customers too.

Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

Pros

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Cons

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
