      Pros

      Cars are cool and you can learn about them.

      Cons

      Very racist culture. Their opportunities are only designed for whites! If you are brown, you will not get promoted and your concerns are disregarded. There is no accountability for poor performance, poor decisions; unless, of course, you are not part of the cult- then it matters. Oh, forgot about a personal life because you are scheduled to work!

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
