Pros

Health benefits Paid Life insurance up to salary Paid PTO and sick time Partner suppliers incentives No other pros for this company

Cons

TBC doesn’t care about it’s employees. Each employee is a number and are always replaceable in their eyes. No matter how well a store may preform it isn’t good enough and more is expected. Each months new budgets are out of reach with a typical increase of well over 20%. Bonuses are subject to change with no notice and will effect your wages with no remorse from Corp. New sales budgets and regulations are made by corporate pencil pushers that do not know or understand current day to day operations in a store front. Managers are required to work a mandatory 55 hours a week but since they are paid salary they are also expected to pick up any shortage in all departments. You WILL end up working open-close+
