      Pros

      The work-from-home opportunities offered by this employer were quite nice. It helped me to maintain a better work-lifebalance at times.

      Cons

      In this organization, HR is completely useless, and the management is uncaring. The only care about maximizing profits and don't pay much attention to employee needs and expectations. It was disheartening.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
