      The people you work with are great people. They are there to help and understand if there is a private issue occurring outside of work

      Cons

      Unable to move up unless you have 1 year tenure with the company. This is bad if someone who meets all the criteria of the position and the manager will choose someone who has no certificates or degree in the position because of the 1 year tenure.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
