Pros

I really enjoy working with some people here. GM genuinely cares about us. Supervisors are great to work with. Many interesting personalities all around. 36 hour work week is great if you can afford it.

Cons

Gradual decline in FT workforce only to be replaced by PT. Apparent in all departments including maintenance. This has sent a clear message to all in our departments that saving a few bucks is valued more than utilizing our skill sets to solve sometimes very complex problems. It’s been a massive struggle to find experienced maintenance staff. This has been going on for several years now. A very high turn over rate has had its toll on everyone. 36 hour work weeks have also taken their toll. Closed on Saturdays when much needed maintenance is required. Staff constantly looking out for better jobs. Sucks losing staff you really like.

Pros

As a company they were open to making improvements to help with day-to-day tasks and streamlining processes. There was room for growth, but it can be difficult with some managers' biases. Salary increases were annual, but for a true raise you really need look for this promotion opportunities. Benefits were good though, and the cultural dynamic was generally positive.

Cons

I saw this mainly in the AR and AP teams, but both had the habit of finding the "star" employee on the team and building their skills up which ultimately left the other team members less qualified and the star overworked.
