- Company appropriate compensation enough to be competitive whenever the opportunity is given. - Colleagues genuinely work hard, nice, mostly capable, and loyal to the company. - The location is pleasant if you like Hollywood. Provided parking space can be helpful during special events, if you plan to spend significant amount of time in Hollywood. - The open mini pantry (kitchen) is more than generous for a small - mid size company with such a small profit margin.

- Most, but not all, mid to upper management are incompetent, irresponsible, under qualified, and lack of professionalism. They lack of required craftsmanship and leadership skills. - With presented attributes, managers are generally, mostly, reactive in their field of work. - Management poor hiring process causes company to obtain unfit employees, ending up with high turnover rate. - The amount of office politics are highly out of proportion for company this size. - Because of unskilled managers, making destructive decisions, cause employees to work long hours. - Growing management skills are done at the expense of subordinates. Workers' credits were given to managers, but some managers pushes blames to their employees.
