Pros
Location, they do try to make it enjoyable for the employees. Good place to find a job if you are looking to move to the Indy area as most people in the area already know about them and look elsewhere. Good place to Intern to gain experience to get started in the industry.
Cons
If you believe in development/project management standards, this is not the place for you. The guidelines in the employee handbook appear to be a total work of fiction as they are not even remotely followed. The Clique runs the place, and if you are not part of it then you may be screwed by those in it. A very cutthroat office environment where coworkers lie and betray other coworkers for advancement. If you are looking at employment here, please ask any of the local recruiters about their reputation and how many current employees are looking for jobs elsewhere. Rumors about federal involvement due to actions of former owners are also present among the current employees which casts a shadow over the company. Frequent lay offs, so don't get too comfortable.
