Pros
Tons of benefits, get to meet new people everyday. The Circle of Good program does benefit the community. Because of how competitive the industry is, you're constantly doing something new.
Cons
I was part of their "Cactus" acquisition and to tell you the truth, you can make more working of McDonalds. The hourly and commission is a joke! Unrealistic target goals that no way can be remotely reached, in return you make more from minimum wage than the Moorehead hourly+commission pay. Upper management constantly threatening to write you up. Everyone is overworked, understaffed and under paid. You're required to be on conference calls even if you're not scheduled to work that day. Expect to receive calls from upper management when it's your day off. Store Managers are required to have split days off. You can't survive working for this company at all. You become so overwhelmed with work that you cannot even take care of yourself. Expect to bring your work life home. If you have a family, don't expect that to last since you'll never get to spend time with them. Because of the low hourly, you will get denied when applying for home and car loans. Even the store manager salary is not enough to survive off of. Quite of bit of the original employees have left since the acquisition and a lot more are planning on leaving because they can't survive off of the pay. Scott, a lot of your acquired employees have exhausted their savings account, maxed out their credit cards, vehicles are becoming repossessed and loans are going into default because you're paying them half of what the other companies paid. I hate to say this Scott, but Cactus is about to be a bust.
