TCC will change your pay with very short notice..even around the holidays. From January 2016 to March 2017 hourly and commission changed 3x. Each time giving 70% of employees take home money less. Your job is not secure. not matter how you perform. They will "Restructure" giving hundreds of people without jobs for no reason except they "Restructured". Upper management will tell their store managers to "Hide" information to save their own self. Culture of good is just a Mask to hide all the corrupt corporate nonsense that takes place. "Making Customers Better"- They are one of the worst indirect retailers for Verizon in the customer service "Making Employees Better"- Watch your Paychecks, they will overcharge you in insurance, scam you in your commissions earned, not provide you with basic essentials to do your job. "Making Communities better"- you are REQUIRED to "Do Good" even in events that dont interest you, oh but if you want to do an event that interests you...good luck getting approval to do so. Ask 10 different TCC stores across the nation a policy question... all ten will give you a different answer. because the management does what they want, false churn, breaking policies to hit bonuses, making up their own rules with no backing and so forth. This starts from Area General Managers having a policy to Area Directors changing that to benefit them then relaying it to Store Managers then store managers trying to inform Tech Advisors of a policy that makes no sense.
