Pros
Good hourly pay, 401k, good health insurance, very structured, true HR department
Cons
They will tell you time and time again that employees matter. Well isn't that the biggest lie I've ever heard. As they are telling you that behind your back they are changing commission. I was a top rep who uses to make anywhere between $2,000 and $3,000 just in commission. Now I'll be lucky if I hit $1,000. The company is profitable because they don't pay you on what they should. They expect you to sell new activations, which isn't an issue, except they DO NOT pay you on it. They pocket the money they get from Verizon. Departments don't answer you and they treat you like a number, constantly threatening you for relocation or firing. They limit you on what you are capable if and don't pay out accordingly so they can pocket more.
