Pros

The only pro is that you have a job and you gain some sales skills. Stepping stone job at best.

Cons

Been working here for almost 2 years and I am now on my 4th different comp structure. They used to operate on a platform of employees matter but that has been long gone. They now have required minimums to hit and if you miss ONE of those requirements, regardless of anything else you've done during the month, you could be terminated. We are now month to month employees with ZERO job security. Scott Moorehead once said that he does not believe in management by intimidation yet here we are.

Pros

Once you get the hang out it. It's a cash money machine

Cons

If you don't know how to sell and just there to press keyboards than there's no money

Pros

Easy job to obtain Some coworkers can be fun/easy to work with

Cons

Very little room to move up and provide little to training for new hires even though there is a position within the company titled “field trainer” you’ll never see them though. Being micromanaged throughout the whole day during the sales process and downtime. Pay never changes for the better, they add more metrics for you to hit but don’t pay anything for these metrics such as perks, reduced pay on VHI, CSGA, even things such as higher tier plans don’t pay as much anymore. Constantly changing your bonus structures, making it harder to obtain The profit “sharing” bonus is a joke as well they’ll pay you $0.04 on the dollar you earned last year but for the execs they’ll get the same plus a 2x multiplier even though they do nothing for the company.
