Pros
Scott Moorehead is hands down the absolute best CEO I have ever had the pleasure of working for. The happiness of his employees is paramount to him, which is evident by the way he provides an on-site gym and personal trainer at no cost to us and Employee Appreciation Days where we all are rewarded with free gourmet lunch, prizes, games, etc. He throws a huge Sales Rally event annually to train and award hard working employees. At that event he has an open break out session where everyone is expected to declare changes they'd like to see implemented in the company. He also has "The President's Club" where he hand selects a little more than a dozen people from VPs clear down to store employees to go on an all expenses paid vacation complete with airfare, dining, excursions, drinks, and so much more. He has a "Voice It" system that all employees have access to where they can send concerns and complaints directly to Scott using an online submission form. He has held "CEO for a Day" conferences where he empowers his employees to be the change they want to see at work. The company grows at a staggering rate with incredible opportunities for advancement. We are constantly hiring new employees to replace the ones who have been promoted to new positions that haven't existed before. The compensation packages are very fair offering competitive salaries, 401k, full medical and dental, life insurance, employee referral programs, and vacation time.
Cons
To be fair, he ONLY con I have for this company is that vacation time and sick time are all the same thing and all considered Paid Time Off. All things considered, that is not a huge issue!
