Pros

Promote success, offers additional training opportunities for employee growth, paid time off, bereavement pay, jury duty pay, monthly gift certificates for exercising at our very own GYM! The Moorehead Family has also match dollar for dollar on fundraisers for Care Packages for Troops overseas during Christmas! The Moorehead CEO, VP's, Family provide exceptional leadership, support, compassion, and appreciation towards employees! We have an excellent 401 PLAN where they match up to 4%, Moorehead Foundation Committee, Christmas Committee, and more. We have a yearly Employee Appreciation Day and President Club Vacation trip which is rewarded to many Top Performers within the Company for doing an exceptional job the prior year! This is not just a career to expand our knowledge in the best sales industry but it is also a 2nd home for myself and many other employees’! When you look forward to going to work daily and being challenged to continue your growth as an individual and amongst a team base it is an honor to be a part of such an amazing family and group of employees!!!

Cons

The only opportunity I wish we did have is at least 6 weeks of paternity leave for new mothers that have been employeed at Moorehead for at least a year!!!

Easy job to obtain Some coworkers can be fun/easy to work with

Very little room to move up and provide little to training for new hires even though there is a position within the company titled “field trainer” you’ll never see them though. Being micromanaged throughout the whole day during the sales process and downtime. Pay never changes for the better, they add more metrics for you to hit but don’t pay anything for these metrics such as perks, reduced pay on VHI, CSGA, even things such as higher tier plans don’t pay as much anymore. Constantly changing your bonus structures, making it harder to obtain The profit “sharing” bonus is a joke as well they’ll pay you $0.04 on the dollar you earned last year but for the execs they’ll get the same plus a 2x multiplier even though they do nothing for the company.
