Pros

There are soooo many perks to working for this company. It is the best job in town! 1. Free gym with personal trainer and they give you rewards for going! 2. community involvement! There are so many opportunities here to help others out and volunteer and you get PTO for the time you put in for a good cause! 3. Family like environment. 4. Parties and prizes constantly! Like employee appreciation day where your bosses serve you food and christmas parties! 5. awesome health insurance, retirement, and life insurance policies! The list could go on and on with employee of the year contests and the presidents club, accruing PTO, etc. There is so much here that it enriches your life to work here at the corporate office! I have been offered other jobs and I havent found anywhere that is close to here! Some companies dont even know their ceo (think of undercover boss) but our ceo sang love boat to us and comes around and gives us popcorn randomly! This is a company that steals your heart and grows fierce loyalty if you have the right attitude and take advantage of all that is offered!

Cons

SInce this is such a stable company where everyone is happy it is hard to advance. People stay here until they retire so it is difficult to move but that can also been seen as a good thing. Job security is there!

Pros

Easy job to obtain Some coworkers can be fun/easy to work with

Cons

Very little room to move up and provide little to training for new hires even though there is a position within the company titled “field trainer” you’ll never see them though. Being micromanaged throughout the whole day during the sales process and downtime. Pay never changes for the better, they add more metrics for you to hit but don’t pay anything for these metrics such as perks, reduced pay on VHI, CSGA, even things such as higher tier plans don’t pay as much anymore. Constantly changing your bonus structures, making it harder to obtain The profit “sharing” bonus is a joke as well they’ll pay you $0.04 on the dollar you earned last year but for the execs they’ll get the same plus a 2x multiplier even though they do nothing for the company.
