Pros

You sometimes get to meet some pretty cool people. Solid discount on plan Hands on with some tech before launch

Cons

This company has changed so much since I started with them four years ago. In 2014, i came in as a bright eyed, bushy tailed rep ready to attack for that paper. After about a year of making some ok money I was promoted to management. What was once an excited phrase to say has since become a worn out, tired, sluggish sentence of my day to day. Work life balance is non existent, COG is still a top focus for the company but has since turned into a marketing ploy to drive sales for a book that nobody read. The CEO has lost his best people and will continue to do so with turnover rates well above a crushing 50%. Since my management promotion, I have had 4 different pay structures. Now I’m left to wither away on a salary that is almost 30k less than prior year, in a significantly understaffed store, working 7 days a week as a glorified sales rep. Management doesn’t care. No matter how much they claim to.

Cons

If you don't know how to sell and just there to press keyboards than there's no money

Pros

Easy job to obtain Some coworkers can be fun/easy to work with

Cons

Very little room to move up and provide little to training for new hires even though there is a position within the company titled “field trainer” you’ll never see them though. Being micromanaged throughout the whole day during the sales process and downtime. Pay never changes for the better, they add more metrics for you to hit but don’t pay anything for these metrics such as perks, reduced pay on VHI, CSGA, even things such as higher tier plans don’t pay as much anymore. Constantly changing your bonus structures, making it harder to obtain The profit “sharing” bonus is a joke as well they’ll pay you $0.04 on the dollar you earned last year but for the execs they’ll get the same plus a 2x multiplier even though they do nothing for the company.
