Pros

Advancement opportunities, full benefits package, reduced cell phone bill, on-site gym with personal trainer, casual dress, stable company. I started out working in our satellite call center and four years and three promotions later I am the Digital Marketing Manager for 300+ locations. It's a fun atmosphere where I have a very casual relationship with the C Suite and know that my ideas will be heard. I look forward to what the my future will hold while I continue my career here. Our CEO, Scott Moorehead, donates GENEROUSLY to a variety of local and national causes through the Moorehead Family Foundation. He also instituted a new program called "TCCRocks" where our stores have given away 60,000 backpacks stuffed with school supplies, provides funds to stores to get involved in their local communities, and rewards philanthropic employees with two additional days of PTO for volunteer work. I love my job and find myself doing it even when I'm not physically at work. This isn't a bad thing. On the contrary, I enjoy my work so much that I don't consider it work at all.

Cons

While we do have paid time off (vacation) that you accrue after one year, there is no sick time. If you are ill or need to take time off for a medical reason it takes away from your vacation time. This forces myself and several others to come to work sick which in turn makes our coworkers sick. Three sick days a year would be nice.

Pros

Easy job to obtain Some coworkers can be fun/easy to work with

Cons

Very little room to move up and provide little to training for new hires even though there is a position within the company titled “field trainer” you’ll never see them though. Being micromanaged throughout the whole day during the sales process and downtime. Pay never changes for the better, they add more metrics for you to hit but don’t pay anything for these metrics such as perks, reduced pay on VHI, CSGA, even things such as higher tier plans don’t pay as much anymore. Constantly changing your bonus structures, making it harder to obtain The profit “sharing” bonus is a joke as well they’ll pay you $0.04 on the dollar you earned last year but for the execs they’ll get the same plus a 2x multiplier even though they do nothing for the company.
