Pros

There are no longer ANY pros a this company.

Cons

-Long hours, little pay. -New pay structure maybe pays mini wage, very low pay, pay has been cut in half. -Forced to sell Dish to people who do not want the product or you are written up. -Little room for advancement, they (management) acts like there is room for advancement, but the positions go to favorites in the company. -The CEO brags at company meetings about how he's rich to people who barely make $30,000 a year. -The stores used to be closed on Sundays when the CEO's parents were in charge of the company. Then the stores opened Sundays from 12 to 5 and now the stores are open 10 to 5 on Sundays, leaving less and less time for families to spend together! -High turn over is becoming common place so fewer and fewer employees actually know what their talking about and are able to help people. -The hours on the job used to be okay, but the company continues to increase the number of hours the stores are open without increasing pay. -Negative work environment, upper management constantly micro manages employees.

Pros

Easy job to obtain Some coworkers can be fun/easy to work with

Cons

Very little room to move up and provide little to training for new hires even though there is a position within the company titled “field trainer” you’ll never see them though. Being micromanaged throughout the whole day during the sales process and downtime. Pay never changes for the better, they add more metrics for you to hit but don’t pay anything for these metrics such as perks, reduced pay on VHI, CSGA, even things such as higher tier plans don’t pay as much anymore. Constantly changing your bonus structures, making it harder to obtain The profit “sharing” bonus is a joke as well they’ll pay you $0.04 on the dollar you earned last year but for the execs they’ll get the same plus a 2x multiplier even though they do nothing for the company.
