Pros
Other than the laid back environment and great benefits, this company doesn't have much to offer. However, they do a lot of fundraising for community events.
Cons
The hours are long. The security is an issue. I wasn't there more than 6 months, in that time the store was broken into, had several phone/tablets stolen, and another employee had a man stalk and try to follow her home one night. However, nothing was done and employees still had to work by themselves at night. Communication between upper management is terrible. Several times I was told one thing that contradicted what another manager had said. My manager couldn't even put on a screen protector after many years with the company and 90% of the time was on her phone instead of helping her employees with paperwork or up selling the sale. Also, the pay for sales reps is $5 an hour plus commission, once you get your paycheck you'll average a little over minimum wage. I made more money serving tables working less hours.
