Pros
Training opportunity was awesome as a new hire but they stopped doing that training.
Cons
Through my almost 5 years with the company I experienced multiple changes in management, sexual harassment from my store manager, had to pump my breast milk on camera, was not given breaks, lots of intimidation tactics by management going all the way up. I never realized how awful things were until I had the opportunity to leave and it all hit me. When I gave my two week notice I was approached by a regional manager with a person from corporate on the phone after I had one second to use to restroom after working my whole shift with no breaks and was bullied and spoken to in what I would described as interrogation in an attempt to make me say something about a coworker that I believe to be untrue and a false accusation. And after this phone call I was told my two week notice would take effect in that moment. I could go on and on about the insanity that I experienced with this company over the years a lot of which is immoral and even illegal. I’d also like to mention that I once leaked milk through my shirt and my manager would not allow me to change or leave and I had to work with customers with my breasts literally leaking and I ended up having an infection from not being able to pump and STILL was not even allowed to leave or have a day off to recover.
