Pros
I worked at the corporate offices, so I had the benefit of casual dress. I know store people don't get this same perk, but it's worth noting. There was also a free onsite gym.
Cons
Insultingly low pay. I know, because I worked here for seven years and went from entry level employee to lower management to middle management. Executives and C-Suite gets paid so much salary and bonuses that it's disgusting when you compare it to the peanuts non-executives make. They say what you don't get in compensation, you get in "culture." The culture of this company (a culture of good) is the most insulting because it is all lip service. The executives are a group of unqualified friends and family of the CEO who are more concerned about being cool and making fun of people than getting their jobs done. This likely has something to do with the CEO setting the tone that it's okay to insult and belittle employees. If the CEO is doing it, why not everyone else? THAT is the true culture of this place. The work/life balance is nonexistant. Politics are among the worst I've ever seen. In the meantime, Scott, the CEO (he inherited the company and has no business running the company) is a flighty mess. When he's not off contemplating his navel on extended 'leave from work' stunts, he's at work cutting everyone down. I used to love working here. But enough was finally enough and I left.
