Pros
Good benefits, respectable culture, and great co-workers.
Cons
Not enough people are ever hired at the stores, always seem short handed. Company pay policy is always changing; nothing is consistent. As costs of devices continually increase, profits are decreasing, company can't seem to find a sound strategy to combat this. I can't respect the CEO due to his lack of leadership and respect to his fellow employees -- not to mention the company was handed to him by his ultra successful parents while he hires his college buddies to run the company for him. If you're college educated, don't consider this company because they won't take that as an asset. I have my business management degree and it hasn't positioned me over anyone,it's all about numbers, which I can understand, but there's no respect for people with degrees-- corporate verizon does, however. This company used to be great to work for when I started in 2010,but we've grown so large that the company can't afford to treat its employees as great as they used to. They went from a small, personable company to a company that is no different from the other standard corporations. Greed, power, and lack of respect for the front line is going to be the downfall of TCC. I'm glad I have many oppprtunies due to my degree and work experience so I can leave what will be left,or lack thereof, this once great company. One last thing, the recent pay structure for full time employees and managers has been grosly mishandled -- full timers would on average be making more than managers. In essence, managers would be making considerably less than their own employees under them, need I say more?
