Pros

Free Parking?? really though I'd say the only pro would be having a day off? or at least having some kind of income? they donate money to the community and call it "culture of good" I'd assume it's to blind side the community into thinking they are a super loving and honest company...

Cons

pretty much everything.. 1) you are treated like crap. no matter what you do, if you get 9 out of the 10 things they ask of you its all about that 1 thing you didn't get. you're never good enough and they will make sure they put you down in front of you're whole region on an app they force you to use called GroupMe ( oh and they don't pay you any money to use your personal phone for work) 2) the pay is $5 an hour.. which is not livable at all. I'm not even sure how they get away with that seeing as we aren't tipped employees. and for what they ask out of you, you're better off working at McDonald's. 3) they have started this new thing where "employees matter" and idk when that will kick in because all of us just feel like a number... but now they are going to purchase our work shirts for us instead of us spending a bunch of money on our own. 4) they make the goals impossible to hit.. if it's 4 one week and you only get 3 they will make it 6 the next pay period just to make sure you don't get that bonus. they will say "it's because last year at this time you did this" 5) they are running the worst systems ever. 15mbps or slower of Internet to run more than 6 devices. for a technology company they are stuck in 2008 using products that can barely handle operating their stores. they will constantly say updates are coming and years will go by and still nothing 6) recently we found out that they are trying to double in size in 1 year which is why IT is never available.. you need to fix all of your crappy stores first before expanding and having more.. 7) there is no communication what so ever. no one ever knows what's going on and one manager will tell you to do something and certain way and they other manager is telling you no that's wrong do it this way.. 8) is say over 50% of employees hate working here but stay for the somewhat pay they receive. 9) they are currently caught up into being just like Verizon corporate. the accessory goal has gone up from $38GP per box to now almost $60 and they want it $70-80 by December 2015.. if you want to be like corporate Verizon then carry accessories and products like Verizon.. it should cost over $100 for a screen protector, case and car charger. and you should force customers into buying things. especially if we are "better than corporate because we give the customer the best experience in wireless" 10) they do absolutely nothing to market the store. and nothing to promote the locations.. if you're not a heavy traffic store they'd rather tell you how much you suck rather than help you. they only care about busy stores and will constantly compare you to them. 11) training and meeting are all just a party. ya that sounds good but that's 90% of the reason no one has a clue what's going on and the company is ran like crap.. they're all about family but all they probably care about are 10 employees at the top making their millions and doing nothing about helping us people that are making their business grow..

Easy job to obtain Some coworkers can be fun/easy to work with

Very little room to move up and provide little to training for new hires even though there is a position within the company titled “field trainer” you’ll never see them though. Being micromanaged throughout the whole day during the sales process and downtime. Pay never changes for the better, they add more metrics for you to hit but don’t pay anything for these metrics such as perks, reduced pay on VHI, CSGA, even things such as higher tier plans don’t pay as much anymore. Constantly changing your bonus structures, making it harder to obtain The profit “sharing” bonus is a joke as well they’ll pay you $0.04 on the dollar you earned last year but for the execs they’ll get the same plus a 2x multiplier even though they do nothing for the company.
