TCDI is a great place to learn, grow and be challenged. Relationships are at the heart of why TCDI has been around for over 30 years, and why clients and employees stay with TCDI for many years, and in several instances, decades. TCDI's technology is innovative and client driven, which helps tremendously when supporting client needs in a demanding and competitive legal services industry. TCDI's owners and management have always been generous, not only to their employees and their families, but to our surrounding communities as well. I am proud to work with some of the smartest people I have ever been around, and be at a place where we are always challenged to be "better than yesterday".
Cons
Working remote is nice, but I miss the days when the majority of the team was in the Greensboro office. We transitioned to supporting a remote workforce many years before COVID hit, but I miss all of the face to face time with the team these past few months. I'm looking forward the days when COVID is a distant memory, and we can have some great in person whiteboarding sessions! I'll bring the markers!
